limitationsCannot structure content pages

If you have a lot of content pages to add to CustomerHub, you are not able to structure them into different categories.  You may assign them to a folder, however, this just means that you are able to filter your pages by the folder name but the pages are all still situated in one list on the main page.

Our Recommendation for future updates of CustomerHub

suggestion_box_iconWe would like to see CustomerHub revamp the “move to folder” section so that if you select to move pages to a folder, it moves the actual page out of your main list and automatically assigns a new page link that is associated with the folder.

limitationsCannot copy pages

You are not able to copy pages that you have created.  You can use a template, however, you have to set these up first and you always need to create a new page link as you cannot have pages with the same link.  This is not useful if you have 50 different pages of content and need to copy all of them.  You would need to create 50 different templates.  Time consuming and energy sapping.

Our Recommendation for future updates of CustomerHub

suggestion_box_iconWe would like to see CustomerHub add a “copy” button enabling you to copy the page instead of having to create templates.  Users should be able to copy a page and move it to a different category/folder.  Hence, you would have the exact same content, same title and the link of the page should automatically change as you saved the page in a different folder.

limitationsLogo is placed in a fixed area

The logo is automatically aligned to the left of the page and is a fixed size.  Therefore, this causes a huge empty space to the right hand side of the header.  You are not able to upload a logo wider than 210px and you cannot place anything next to the logo in the empty space.

Our Recommendation for future updates of CustomerHub

We would like to see CustomerHub offer the possibility of adding a wider length logo that goes across the width of the page, or enable users to add text in the empty section to the right of the logo.

limitations

Basic and restricted theme design

Unless you are a technical person and have knowledge of HTML code or javascript, the theme designs are basic and restricted.  They offer you little option and are not user friendly for non-technical people who cannot create their own theme.  You are able to choose from only 2 themes.  No footer, fixed space for logo, not able to add text in the header space, etc.

Our Recommendation for future updates of CustomerHub

suggestion_box_iconWe would like to see CustomerHub offer more theme designs to choose from to make it easier and more user friendly for the non-technical person.  More theme designs and more flexibility with the basic design elements such as the option to have a footer, or to be able to write text in the header, or align the logo where you want it and not a set fixed space and width size.
