Thousands of applications aim to simplify operational or managerial tasks.  However, they tend to forget about the fundamental learning requirements of the product; the possibilities, functionalities, integration and how to utilise the product.

Our Training and Product Development Team have therefore taken the time to create available learning tools from scratch.  This is to ensure that we capture a step a step guide of what new Infusionsoft clients go through when purchasing the license. We thank Infusionsoft for all their support in verifying our products to be adequate and their continuous assistance in keeping us in the loop of all new releases so that we can keep our material up to date as well.

As a result, we developed and provide you with a new user guide, structured identically as the application itself, completed with videos summarizing each section. For those busy entrepreneurs, decision makers or IT savvy users with basic know-how about CRM, Marketing, Sales, Social Media and E-commerce, we developed a Crash Course offering users to learn all about Infusionsoft features in less than 3 hours.

Customers who purchase Infusionsoft through our eshop will receive free access to all our materials and automatically become CICC Club Members.  If you are an Infusionsoft user that has not purchased through us, our Club Membership is available at a monthly fee of €19 per user or €59 per license.  We also offer various resources for single purchases from our E-Shop.

Due to Infusionsoft’s highly creative and productive development team, we reserve the right to publish or change our material when all aspects of improvements or changes are tested by ourselves, ensuring we provide you with the best possible customer experience.

The updates are developed monthly and all material is translated into German, French, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese and Czech.  Please feel free to contact us with any suggestions or corrections so we can attain our goal in creating the best possible learning experience for Infusionsoft related clients.
